It’s that time of the year again.. Alaskan King Crab is in season. (Actually it’s close to the end of the season as of writing.)

The dishes are superb at Deer Garden Restaurant. Although it seems a bit pricy compared to other places, I think the quality of the food and the freshness of the crab definitely made it worthwhile!

The lively crab… it weighted 12.5 pounds.

And Deer Garden made this Alaskan King Crab into 4 dishes:

Steamed in soy sauce with green onions

Steamed with garlic to bring out the freshness

Deep fried with pepper and onions

Fried rice with crab meat in the shell
